Johnny's going to struggle today, don't agree with the Browns starting him, he isn't ready.

I don't think he'll do any worse than Hoyer has these past few weeks so why not start him?

Because once you start him, you can't go back. Hoyer has struggled the past couple weeks but he was playing decently before that. Manziel is a very raw QB prospect that needs to sit behind a veteran QB and learn from him. This late in the season, they should of just finished it off with Hoyer. Now if Manziel struggles in these last couple games and if Hoyer out plays him in the upcoming off season like he did last off season, they'll have a perdicament of who to start entering next season. Do they go with the currently better veteran and risk breaking the confidence of their developing rookie or do they stick with Manziel despite him might not being ready?

I'm sure the coaches see something in Manziel to start him. There is going to be no competitive battle in camp this off season. They have an investment in Manziel and Hoyer won't even be with the Browns.
Manziel will only benefit playing games at the end of the season. He needs experience in some live nfl games. I believe this will make him feel more comfortable going into next season, as the starter. It comes down to money in the management office. You don't bench a guy who's making millions when the starter isn't helping his team to begin with.

I'm excited to see what he can do in an actual game...I think he'll struggle to start but that's expected. Most rookies do.

Another FG blocked and returned for a TD for the Pats.

Hoping Manziel does great in the NFL. Hands down he was the most exciting player in college history I hope it transfers well to the NFL.

Rodgers' receivers are pissing me off right now it looks like they're not where they're supposed to be on each play.

Colt McCoy re-injured his neck, RG3 in. Redskins are terrible at handling injuries.

RG3 is the one who should be starting anyway... but obviously i don't like to see injuries or anything

I would be surprised if Manziel finds solid success in the NFL. He's one of my favorite players from college but just not sure about his game. Hope I'm wrong. $$

He can be as good as Russel Wilson if he can learn to slide as good/smart as him. He can throw and run that's for sure, he just should not take big hits like RG3

Nice play by Manziel on third down. His wideout should have caught it.

Lol @ thinking RG3 should be the starter. Can't people agree he's a huge bust already?

I'm not saying RG3 is something special, but he certainly should be starting over Cousins and Colt that's for sure.

Redskins organization screwed RG3. Screwed him with how they handled his injury and with the lack of a team they've been able to build around him. All 3 QB's in Washington have struggled, not just RG3.

I would bet more on the side of the NFL figuring out his tendencies. Injuries obviously didn't help, but when you can't throw and you're forced to...he's just not a very talented thrower. He can't make reads, has zero pocket presence....broken plays are where he excels. He might as well roll out on every play.

A lot of his problems as a pocket passer stem from his injury as well though. You see him stand in the pocket now and he gets "happy feet" at the slightest amount of pressure because he's just scared to get hit. He also has a problem stepping into his throws which he didn't have his rookie year. Combine all that with the fact that the Redskins are really bad and struggle to pass block, you' have the RG3 we see now.

Honestly can't tell if Buffalo's D has really stepped up or if GB's offense is just sucking mad d-ck right now. Rodger's receivers just look clueless right now. Nelson saved Rodgers from an int. though that was nice to see.
