    It's been glorious.

    Although, Browner and Revis being gone has sent me into a semi-depression.

    But then I just watch Malcolm Butler's interception, and it warms my soul.

    Draft should be interesting. I just watch the first round and the look up the rest of our picks after its all over. I like seeing the reactions of the players when they get drafted. Some cry. Some don't show hardly any emotion. I'm sure its one of the best moments of their life.

    Some of the big name players who are expected to be taken very early, like Winston and Mariota, WON'T be at the draft. They both decided to watch at home. It's been a while since some of the top selections elected not to attend the draft.

    As far as the Vikings, our main needs are LB, guard and WR. If I had to put money on it, I'd say our first round pick will be a WR.

    Cowboys drafting RB or DE first round, hoping it's DE but with the signing of Hardy and his suspension likely being reduced, I wouldn't be that upset if they got one of the premier RB's in the draft.

    First 3 picks are likely going to be DE, CB, RB or RB, DE, CB. Really want to draft a tall lengthy CB this year. Gotta prepare to move on from Carr after this season.

    I don't know much about college football, but I hope the Pats move up in the draft and get one of these Nose Tackles I keep hearing about, or the safety from Alabama (I believe)

    I'm guessing that the Pats are going to focus on a 4 man pass rush (Sheard, Ninkovich, Jones, Branch, Siliga and Easley) and use zone way more, so I think it's important to have two very good safeties (McCourtey playing center field and another hard hitting safety as an enforcer would be ideal)

    I keep hearing that we should grab one of the corners in the draft, but I don't have much confidence in that. There's no way the Pats are going to replace Revis/Browner.... Might as well beef up the safety/linebacker/D-Line positions as a primary focus in the draft.

    I really liked the signings of Jabaal Sheard and Scott Chandler though. Sheard is a great complimentary pass rusher for Chandler Jones, and Scott Chandler is a great complimentary tight end to Gronk.

    I could also see the Pats getting an offensive lineman in the first round.

    The great thing about the Pats since about 2009, is they have had EXCELLENT picks in the later rounds. I really hope they continue to have strong 3-7 rounds.

    @JMG
    @Jok3R

    Redskins picked up the 5th year option on Griffin.

    The Redskins have the potential to have a very good offense (Morris, Jackson, Garcon, Reed), they just need improved QB play and an upgrades on the offensive line.

    Vikings apparently aren't willing to deal Peterson for the Cards 2nd round pick which is 55th overall. Apparently they want a LOT for him, some are even suggesting a 1st rounder+ more or a 2nd rounder+ more...

    Jesus they are really gonna piss me off if they end up keeping him and could have got a 2nd rounder or better.

    Getting a 2nd round pick for a 30 year old running back on an expiring deal would be a nice haul.

    especially with all the mileage and age Hes already 30. Most backs don't last to much after 30. It would be best just for Minnesota to get what they can and move on

    Yep, plus they're mostly a young team and I feel AP would be a huge distraction all year. I really hope this is all just a trick on their part to get as much as possible in the trade. But if not then I'll be very disappointed, hard to believe they'd really turn down a 2nd rounder (and maybe more) to keep him when he obviously doesn't even want to be on the team.

    Yea but how is the NFL so f----- they will try to ruin a guys career, who has literally made it from nothing, over weed. I don't even smoke anymore but lol I'll never pretend that people can't use it in moderation and still succeed at what they do.

    I'm very pro-weed and have no problem with NFL players using it, but taking the risk of getting caught with that a few days before the draft is just stupid. It's also not gonna help that he failed a drug test a while ago in college. I'm sure teams were willing to let that go but probably not as much now after getting caught with it again.

    It's more so about responsibility at this point. These players are getting paid millions of dollars, they can't sacrifice a little bit to live a life full of wealth?

    Rams are reportedly not excersising Mark Barron's option. Cowboys should look into him, I don't think we're at desperate need for a safety but we could use the depth and it would bring more competition to the position. Also, Marinelli seems to be able to do wonders with these former 1st round players, maybe he can get Barron to play to his full potential like he did with McClain last year.
