    I hate the Patriots, but 4 games and loss of draft picks for taking a little air out of a ball that had no outcome on games is pretty harsh

    You're right as far as the outcome not being effected. But it's cheating. The Patriots have had this coming to them for a while.

    I'm not gonna be upset if the penalty is reduced, but it would be bs.

    Idgaf what happens, but the 4 game suspension with loss of a draft pick isn't a joke. It's completely fair imo.

    Nah just someone with a head on his shoulders.

    The penalty for the infraction in the rule book is 25K, but nobody can tell me that them withholding info/lying is worth a 4 game suspension for a QB in his late 30's. a 1st round pick and a 4th round pick. So no its not completely fair its an absolute joke.

    There have been = if not worse cases of cheating this year and teams havent payed 1% of what the Pats are gonna end up paying.

    Atlanta piping in crowd noise is just about = Chargers stickum towelgate a few years back was just about =.

    If the Pats came out and admitted to it they would have probably gotten the 25K fine, but not doing that is worth this penalty?
