I definitely factor in the fact that we hadn't won in 7 years and that was the second time we lost to the Giants. While our last SB was more recent with the 07 loss.

If we had lost to the Seahawks that would have been worse then both of them.

I think it had more to do with thinking Brady's clock was running out after SB 46 and he may not get another chance. While I thought the Pats would be a juggernaut in 08 again.

Records of QB's who throw 50+ times(in at least 10 games)

Brady=16-7
Peyton=4-13
Marino=5-11
Brees=3-12
Bledsoe=4-9
Favre=3-9
Stafford=1-10
Moon=5-5

Rodgers had never thrown 50 times, he's 8-11 when he throws 40+.

many of the thursday games are meh

but i'm really looking forward to this one.....hopefully the fins make it interesting. they've been winning since they fired their head coach, but they also haven't played anyone

tonight will see if they've actually gotten better

Wow @ that stat they just showed..

Patriots had 0 points in the 1st quarter of their 1st game this year, they've scored in every quarter since then. 27 straight quarters they've scored, that's the record since 2005.

I think it will be close but that Giants D doesn't worry me like it did in past years, and Brady is unstoppable right now.

meh. he was unstoppable in '07. in '15 he's gr8, but he's playing one of the easiest schedules in all of football.

Well the league stinks this year, so very few teams have played a tough schedule. Having played the Jets and Steelers(with Ben) means they've played nowhere near the easiest schedule, but ok.

20 TD's to 1 interception is pretty much unstoppable. Especially since the pick was a perfect pass...

I'm not watching the Giants vs Pats this year. Too much PTSD.

And @redsoxx they'd f---ing better pay Chandler Jones. He's hands down my favorite player next to Jamie Collins.

Malcolm Brown is definitely playing well too, same as Easley.

Front 7 is so good right now, I can't wait until they get Sheard back.
