Cowboys just caught a break with Suh being suspended

Edit: and how can Romo be MVP when he's not even the most valuable player on the team? Without Murray or that new improved O-line Romo isn't s---

As a Lions fan, i'm VERY happy to see Suh get suspended for what he did. I cannot stand that man I cannot wait to see him leave next year. Great player no doubt, but he's the dirtiest player I've ever seen during my lifetime at least.

Lol Aaron Rodgers only lost to the Lions twice, and both times were a fluke as far as i'm concerned. The first loss Rodgers left the game after the first half, and the second time was this year before GB clicked.

The most productive player and most valuable player aren't always the same thing. When Romo didn't play vs Arizona Murray was completely ineffective. The later half of the season Murray's production did go down quiet a bit yet the Cowboys offense was still rolling because Romo was lighting other teams up. Yeah, if we could hand out MVP's to whole units it'd go to the O Line but you could say the same thing about Rodgers, Brady, Peyton and their o lines as well.

Murray might have struggled but the threat was still there leaving the defense on edge. That opened up a lot for Romo, and without Murray the Cowboys wouldn't be nearly the team they are. They'd be the same old 8-8 team that they were with Romo without the running game

You're confusing the running game with Murray specifically. In previous years, it wasn't so much that we couldn't run the football but more to the fact that we refused too. This year we finally committed to the run and we are seeing a lot of success like me and @Riley preached for several years that we would see. Make no mistake though, with or without Murray the Cowboys would be a ground threat. With the offensive line we've built, any half decent RB can line up behind them and get yards. Even the Cowboys back up RB's (Randle and Dunbar) have seen a lot of success in the short amount of reps they've gotten. Randle even lead the league in yards per carry for a while. Point I'm trying to make is, we'd survive without Murray, without Romo we wouldn't even be a playoff team. That right there tells you who's more valuable.

They may have a good run until they meet the Steelers. I'm thinking about putting some money down on the Steelers on a betting site.

True an O-Line & running game are QBs bestfriend. At the same time, Cowboys would be trash without Romo too. Look at the Arizona game

Cowboys are 5-10 since 2006 without Romo starting lol like 4 of those wins came in 2010 when Jon Kitna had to play for half of a season too. It's hard to argue your QB not being MVP because they usually have so much responsibility. Unless you're like the Chiefs who rarely let Smith even pass 10 yards down the field and just have Jamal Charles do everything. Or if you're like the Texans and you're just kind of mediocre all around but have a big impact player like Watt.

Ill take Dallas against Detroit, but wouldn't be surprised if it goes the other way. I'm confident the Packers beat whoever heads to Green Bay, and then if it comes down to going to Seattle, I'm ready for that and so are the Packers

Taking nothing away from Murray because he had an MVP type season and is just as important to the Offense along with the O-line, but he wasn't the question coming into the season like Romo h--- hardly anybody thought he'd finish the season, but to have the season he's had, December to Remember(finally), getting the team to playoffs, and the stats to back it up. You could make a strong case for him
