    I don't think he's a bad coach, but giving him the reigns in the front office after 1 season was a huge mistake.

    I'm not but tactically he's definitely not a bad coach. You just can't hand your FO to a career college coach. He absolutely gutted that team.

    So where does Chip go now? Titans? Back to college? Somewhere else? Nowhere? Curious to see where he ends up, really have no clue what'll happen.

    I think Philly just feels they made a mistake and they're correcting it ASAP instead of waiting and causing more damage.
