Anyway I would go deeper but just know GM Scott Mglock took the keys out of dudes hands FINALLY.
This dude builds teams that last. For the first time in a while there's a foundation, we have solid units instead of individual talent.

If Cowboys dont get smothered with injuries again next season, I like our chances. We don't have any glaring weaknesses besides back up QB which will get addressed in the offseason. RB was supposed to be a weakness going into the season, people claiming how we won't be able to run the ball without Murray. McFadden has played very well and is 3 yards away from breaking 1,000 yards on the season. He wasn't even the starter for the entire season and we didn't have Romo for most of the year. Defense has played very well this season everything considered. It's a shame that the one year we have a good defense Romo goes down.

Thankful for the Chip firing. The personnel moves he made last offseason were inexcusable and destroyed the team. Hopefully we get a real GM now that can help fix this mess. Jeffrey Lurie's press conference on the firing is on ESPN/NFL Network today at noon.
