    Just read this, I was surprised. Pagano is a good coach I just don't know if he can really push the colts to the next level.

    he's won 11 games every season EXCEPT this season

    overall, it sounds like he's done pretty good

    My thoughts exactly. And Andrew Luck played like s--- half the season and missed the other half completely and he still got them to 8-8.

    Surprised to hear the Colts kept both Pagano & Grigson... Pagano I 100% understand & agree with tbh, Grigson.. I don't know.

    Honestly I'm expecting Dallas to trade for Manziel this offseason. They said their #1 priority is to upgrade the backup QB position. Adding Manziel would give them stability there plus a QB of the future to groom behind Romo. Looks like Cleveland is pretty fed up with Manziel as well.

    For the first round or just in general? It really depends who leaves and who stays. Despite our horrendous record, I don't think this team has any major flaws. We have multiple free agents to consider resigning first though. Rolando McClain, Greg Hardy, Morris Claiborne etc. not to mention we have to decide if we're going to continue to eat Carr's gigantic contract or cut him. All things considered, I think we head into the next draft with a "best player available" approach rather than specific positions. I think some positions that def will be considered is cornerback, safety, quarterback, defensive tackle and running back. I know a lot of cowboy fans are saying we're going to draft a QB in the first round but I really can't see that happening. I wouldn't be surprised if Manziel or RG3 lands in Dallas in the off season and if we don't get one of them, we likely won't draft a QB until the mid rounds.

    I really love that we have a top 5 draft pick this year because it gives us so many options. We can simply grab the best player available which I wouldn't be mad about or we can shop it around and see what other teams may give up for it.

    What a dumb a---. There's one game left in your season and you can't stay home and behave for that final weekend? You got the whole offseason after that. Pretty obvious he just wants out of Cleveland at this point.
