    Jared Goff not being started week 1. That's probably the smartest thing for the Rams to do but I just think it's crazy. Both top QB prospects in last year's draft, who were taken in the top 10, aren't going to be starting week 1.

    Neither of them looked like they warranted a top 10 pick tbh. Maybe mid to late first round pick. At this point, it's smart to groom both of them. Throwing young QB's out into the pros when they aren't ready can k--- their career. I think what's troublesome is that you spent a top 10 draft pick to groom a QB. A top 10 draft pick should be a player who can come in and immediately make an impact. There's a lot of risk there.

    Depends whether or not you're in a win-now situation. That's not the situation for the Eagles right now so I'm not worried about it. Got a young team right now.

    it's definitely surprising that BOTH of them won't be starting week 1. while there are exceptions, for the most part QB's who are taken very high in the draft (like in the top ten) usually start right away/immediately

    Something tells me LJ won't be suspended. You'd have to be a complete r----- to sign a contract agreeing to take away all guaranteed money if caught taking PEDs and then in the same off season intentionally take PEDs
