No, they won't.

Harbaugh is a disciplinary coach, which works at the NFL level.

They're making a HUGE mistake.

The Rex Ryans and the Pete Carrols of the NFL have short shelf lives. They're a jolt of energy, but there's a reason they only have a few successful seasons, because they usually lose the locker room.

San Fran's upper management should be BACKING Harbaugh, not the players.

You were the one who brought up superbowls they won over 20 years ago lol. 49ers will continue pissing over the raiders for the next 20 years too. Maybe some year soon the raiders will actually have a decent draft and bring in some valuable players. You think they would have by now from getting their a----s beat the past 10 years getting early draft picks. Crazy, huh?

Fact is, you struck GOLD with him. NFL coaches of his stature are not an easy thing to find. You WILL miss him, and the 49ers WILL regress with how good the Cardinals and Seahawks are.

Nobody on the open market is even remotely as good as Harbaugh.

I heard you guys are interested in Josh McDaniels? PLEASE take him, he's a horrible offensive coordinator, let alone a head coach. Bill O'Brien was WAY better as the Pats offensive coordinator.

Rex Ryan? Good luck with that. He rode the success of Eric Mangini's drafts.

You guys go to 3 straight NFC Title Games, have one off season, then part ways with the coach that turned your franchise around?

HORRIBLE decision.

The Harbaughs are two of the top 5 NFL coaches in the NFL today. How can you let that go? SF is setting back it's franchise for years.
