Eagles need to draft a WR in the 1st round. We're not there yet but it's coming. We're a few key players away from being a good team. Need a #1 CB which we might already have with Mills. He's had some mistakes but he's played absolutely great for a 7th round rookie. WR, OL, and CB are what we need to take in draft.

I'm feeling Smallwood is going to be our lead back within the next 2-3 years. Vaitai looks like he's going to pan out as well. We have like 2 positions to fill on that OL. Peters is getting old and Kelce has been a nightmare this year. Brandon Brooks, Lane Johnson, Vaitai, and Barbre have played good this year at OL.

Yes we can finish 10-6 or so which might be courteous. Im thinking 9-7 and hope to make the playoffs but we are battling a pretty tight race for a wild card. the whole NFC South could be a contender, The packers, Lions or Vikings and even the cardinals and Rams. Im not saying its impossible but we would be in much better shape if we came out on top of some of those games earlier in the season as we should have.

Edit: and thats not to mention we are last in the division so we need to hope the Giants and Redskins start losing or we really have no chance at wild card

At this stage, I think it's more of a mental thing for Nelson Agholor. He's capable of catching it consistently but it's all in his head now. Similar to Blair Walsh and the missed field goals and PATs.

Agholor would be a good 2nd or 3rd option. Drops aren't the end of the world. It's a mental thing with him more than anything tho. If he can get the drops down he will be a solid WR.

I wasn't big on Garrett at first either but this is his team as much as anybody elses. He had a big part in assembling this team through the draft, changing the identity of this team from being a "big play offense" to a more control the tempo/run first offense. He deserves a lot of credit.
