This could potentially be a steal depending on how high the draft pick is. Kearse isn't even that good. Sheldon Richardson is a very solid player.

He's always been terrible. He's worst than Skip Bayless. At least skip acknowledges that his opinions are out there. Stephen A. Smith acts like an expert on everything when he's not.

Sacks are an awful way to solely grade edge players though. According to PFF he's been above average every season he's played:

He generates pressure & is a great run defender.

Different setting, maybe things change. I mean Seahawks aren't strangers to vocal players in the locker room with Sherman.

Hes a great talent just for the jets hes useless and has no position so we gave up nothin of value basically for a 2nd and a decent receiver

Solid coverage corner that plays physical. He gives up touchdowns though. Good in run support. Solid corner to compliment Waynes on the opposite side. Can play the nickle position as well.

i see. vikings got him as an insurance policy, and i'm glad they did because:

waynes has just been OK. hopefully he'll improve with time but for a guy who was a 1st round pick he's just been solid. and mackensize alexander, another corner taken with a high draft pick, has just been ok as well.

so we need a veteran type guy just in case these younger, more inexperienced guys continue to struggle

Worth the 7th it cost to get him. He'd still be in SF if not for his off field allegations.

TJ Ward released by the Broncos. Would love for the Cowboys to swoop on him for the right price. Byron Jones/TJ Ward at safety would definitely improve our secondary.

@TimmyT surprised Boone got cut. Just signed big deal last year.

Happy with Lynch and Shanahans roster moves. Cutting all the dead weight from previous GM and not letting contracts play into their decisions. So hyped for the kid Lorenzo Jerome. Undrafted rookie safety from a small school. Kid earned his roster spot. Great story.

That Saints game really exposed how weak the Texans' secondary still is.

We've struggled with that for the longest time......

i'm surprised too. he was easily the biggest surprise among guys who got cut from the vikings today. basically, they asked him to take a pay cut, he refused, and they cut him.

so now the vikings have a different guy starting at EVERY offensive line position than they did last year. that's probably not a good thing, lol.

overall, vikings have a good roster, but our offensive line is a big question mark and that's obviously a very important part of your football team. either way, i'm very excited and can't wait for the season to start!!! :)
