Lmao I haven’t had the chance to listen to what he said today, but it’s hilarious seeing Pats fans tweeting at him.

looking forward till Patriots dynasty ends LOL it is very impressive how Belichek/Brady keep winning....but all the bandwagon Patriots fans I have met throughout the years are annoying cant name any players from Brady first couple superbowls lol cause those defenses were amazing...I also met Seahawks fan who disappeared now and became Eagles fans lol

Buffalo Bills fan patiently waiting to see if we actually got he next Jim Kelly :) in Josh Allen

September could not come sooner...NFL/NCAAF season!

What do you do with Foles/Wentz drama that will brew in Phily? if you won a superbowl would you be content to go back on the bench as a competitor?

there isn't that high of a demand for nick foles. if he was such a hot commodity, he'd be the starting QB for another NFL team. there are plenty of teams who need quarterbacks. foles hasn't been CONSISTENT

There’s no drama at all. It’s Wentz’s job and Foles is ok with that

Theres no drama at the moment...but you know if Wentz comes out and is not the same and Philly starts of 2-4 or 3-5...it will start a conversation considering Foles can get hot and built on momentum to lead the team...if Philly comes out 5-1, 7-2 then of course nothing changes

I'm also put yourself in Foles shoes if the team is not playing well or Wentz is rusty

If Wentz struggles coming back, the media without a doubt is going to run the narrative of a QB controversy.

There will be some regression on Wentz. He was having an incredible season. He had a 7.5 TD% in 2017. That is f---ing incredible andand comparison, Aaron Rodgers has a 6.5 TD% for his career. Wentz can still have a great season but history says it's unlikely it's at the level it was last year.

It’s not even being discussed at all in Philly right now. Wentz can do no wrong here, he’s not McNabb. Foles would like a chance to be a starter, but he knows it won’t be here. He’s not the type of guy to cause problems either. And as far as I’m concerned the national media can eat a d-ck because they were so f---ing wrong about this team all year, so they hold no credibility

Big loss for the Chargers. Looks like Gates could make his way back to the team

This isn’t ideal but I think it’s better than just punishing players outright & forcing them to stand. At least they have the option to not participate.

Agreed, if you are on either side of this debate I think you would find this decision acceptable at the least. Glad there's not gonna be a 15 yard penalty like they were apparently talking about. Teams would just coordinate it to negate them every time lol.

Yeah. I mean, ideallly, i’d like to be able to see African-American athletes speak their mind in a sport that they dominate. This kind of comes off as them being silenced but I think they could also send a message if enough of them choose not to come out. Can you imagine like 10 players coming out for the national anthem lol. A better policy would be to just keep all the players in the locker rooms like they use to do before the defense department started paying the NFL millions.
