    For the Pats? He's retired.

It's a dead give away if I give more hints lol.

Dude is a Patriots legend though. Played high school in Penn though.

I think the man should go into the Hall of Fame, but I doubt he will lol. I'm bias though.

In the 1987 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots selected Gannon in the fourth round intent upon converting Gannon to running back.

He never played for them though, plus that's before my time lol.

    Here's another OBVIOUS hint.

He's got a lot more in common with Darrelle Revis.

Ty Law was so good. Easily one of my favorites. Him and Lawyer Milloy.

But yeah, when you brought that up about Revis, it reminded me that Ty Law played in Penn too, just not college.

Plus he was 24 and a shut down corner for the Pats.

Lol good s--- man. Actually had me searching for who the player was. Hopefully we see Revis doing.some damage tomorrow. I really enjoy watching Revis.

Also, I closed another mysterious case. Always finding the official results *while waiving my middle fingers at @Worm*

I hope Revis follows in Law's footsteps tomorrow, and has a 3 INT game, in the AFC Title Game, against the Indianapolis Colts in Foxboro.

Ty Law is a HUGE Revis fan, he talks about him a lot. Always brings up their similarities lol.

I see a pick for a td happening for the oatsq defense tomorrow. I'm hoping its Revis if it's going to happen.
Also, expect Laffel in the next few years become a big target for Brady. I remember watching him in the Panthers pre season saying he's going to be great with a good qb.

Do you think Ty Law was a better conerback than Revis?

That's a VERY tough call for me, because both played in different eras.

The difference right now, for me, is Ty Law had HUGE games in the playoffs AND regular season. Game changing interceptions at key moments (Super Bowl 36 and 2003 AFC Title Game.)

Revis has been great for us, and most QBs don't even bother throwing in his direction, which is an impact in itself. There's a consistent presence he has, and he's single handedly changed our defense.

In a way though, Ty Law played so good in that title game, they changed the rules to benefit the offenses of the NFL. It was a much more physical game... Therefore, I might find what Revis does as more impressive, because he can't be physical down the field.

Ty Law is criminally underrated though. I hope he gets put into the Hall Of Fame this year.

    This is big too though...

I consider Richard Seymour the biggest reason for the Pats success from 01-04. Even more so than Tom Brady.

I bring that up, because Revis was the MVP for the Pats this year. I never felt that way about Ty Law. Not to knock him, but Revis is way more important to this Pats team than Law was to those Patriot teams.

I mean, Law missed the entire 2004 playoffs, and Pats still rolled.

I can't see it happening. You guys NEED Lacy to have an all pro game.

This is easier said than done, but you have to be more physical than Seattle. Make it a physical game.

Overload the box against Lynch, force Wilson to beat you. I mean, he's obviously really good, but I'd take my chances with Wilson rather than Lynch.

Also, I'd run it WAY more than I'd pass, even with Rodgers. Make it a slugfest. Play the field position battle. Keep it low scoring.

That might sound like you're playing in Seattle's favor, but it's the best chance I give the Packers. If Rodgers throws a bunch, I see NO way the Packers win.

My feeling is, if you can keep it low scoring, keep it close, Rodgers might be able to pull off a big drive in the 4th to pull it out. But if he's slinging it all game? I see Seattle physically outmatching the Packers' receivers, and causing turnovers, which improves field position, which improves chances of scoring.
