even though both the jets and browns haven't been good in a long time, i actually think tonight's game is intriguing. the browns haven't won a game since late December of 2016. i think they'll finally win one tonight. all the browns fans are gonna get free beer when they win their first game this season.

on the other hand, the jets have the young rookie sam darnold who has looked good--especially considering he doesn't have much help around him. i'm gonna tune in! but for whatever reason.....tonight's game is only on NFLn. its not on FOX....and i'm not really sure why because the vast majority of thursday night games are on both NFLn AND FOX

@Boos I think a lot of those reports that try to pin Brady vs Belichick are just for clicks. I mean, maybe they're true, but I think they're reaching.

@M.I.C. honestly I think the Eagles with Wentz is better than the Vikings. Eagles with Foles? Not so much. Eagles with Foles are probably a divisional round exit, at best.

Then again, I've been high on Wentz since he came into the league, I think he's the next elite-tier QB (this generation's Brady/Manning). Wentz tips the scale for me. He's so much better than Cousins or Goff.

And I agree with @Boos I think the Eagles before Wentz went down, was the best team in the NFL.

Definitely disagree, not sure how you can unbiasedly say that definitively... Winning the Super Bowl with a bad backup QB isn't a run? lol ok

Wentz is obviously better than Goff and Cousins but the Rams and Vikings defenses are levels above the Eagles, the Eagles have literally one of the worst pass defenses in the league so far this year. The weapons outside of QB on both the Vikings and Rams are also far superior to what the Eagles have, just better overall teams in my opinion. If I was starting a team with one roster in the NFL i'd pick the Vikings and Rams rosters before the Eagles.

I mean... we had the best team team all year then Wentz got hurt and we continued to win. It was bigger than the QB. Yea Foles may have been on a run that he won’t repeat again, I’ll admit that, but as far as the super bowl being a run or a fluke I just don’t see it

Idk it's two weeks in lol I'm not worried bout their pass defense yet. That's like writing the Pats off already.

I am super high on Wentz... So I think he tips the scale between the 3 teams. Your argument isn't wrong, i actually think the Rams more than anyone this year.

Like jags vs pats, you guys have a better overall team but im putting my money on Brady in January over anyone.

dalvin cook and everson griffin are both out tomorrow. i'm actually happy they're resting because i don't think we'll have much trouble with buffalo and i want cook and griffin rested as much as possible for the rams. we've done good so far, but in order to do even better we need to get our running game going. offense hasn't been balanced enough so far. the bills have a poor offensive line and a rookie QB.......so this could be a big day for the vikings defense. i think vikings win this one 27-10

as far as the other games......i'm most looking forward to chargers vs. rams and colts vs. eagles. carson wentz was playing like a tier 1 type QB before he went down. pederson said he's not gonna "coach scared" in other words........he's gonna coach as if nothing ever happened to wentz and not hold him back.

I was worried bout this game but more in the 'it won't be as easy as we think' kinda way and not the 'get destroyed by 20+' kinda way.

Embarrassing...better get it out their system and be ready to play each week from here on out, win or lose. This was pathetic.
