    Lots of hit or miss moves.

    Good-

    -Drafting Lucic and Marchand
    -Phil Kessel trade
    -Chara signing although his contract is killing us now.
    -Trading Raycroft for Tuukka
    - Recchi, Boychuk, Seidenberg and Horton trades

    Bad

    -Trading Seguin
    -Resigning a grinder like Kelly for stupid money
    -Holding onto guys like Campbell and Paille, when we have young kids on the come up in Pastranak and Spooner.
    -Resigning Reilly Smith in the middle of a terrible year
    -Signing Iginla, good at the time but ended up f---ing our cap situation with penalties
    -Rickard Rakell and Joe Colborne for Thomas Kaberle
    -Trading Kris Versteeg
    -Trading Boychuk to the Islanders before the season started, f----- the whole year up. Not only that but they only got less or him then they would have gotten at the deadline.

    I dont think its a bad move for Edmonton to bring in a guy who has won as much as he has, but it was time for the Bruins to move on from him.

    Why did he trade Boychuk and not try to move Chris Kelly instead. Even if Boychuk nets more, isn't it better to move Kelly to open up cap space rather than a defensemen of his calibre?

    I never understood that.

    Another r-----ed thing Chiarelli tends to do is slap no-trades on everybody, Kelly included.

    Rangers have one of the better goal songs in the league imo. I can't stand the Blackhawks goal song, definitely the worst and most annoying one that I've heard.

    Very even game but the Wild did what they had to do, great 2nd period especially and got a lot of very timely goals. The Nino/Koivu/Stewart line was great all night. Defense wasn't as great as I'd like it to be, but they got the win. Dubnyk was incredible again tonight.

    Gotta finish em off at home in game 6, can't afford to have it go 7 and then they'd have to win 3 in st louis to win this series...Although they're a great road team lately, don't wanna have to do that.

    Garbage game by the Caps. The Islanders defense is in complete shambles and we still struggled to get anything going. When we did, either Halak was great or we just threw away our chances all together. If it wasn't for Holtby they easily could have had 6-7 goals tonight. Trash.

    We're terrible at Game 7's so I can't say I'm liking our chances on Monday.

    i need flames to beat the ducks so that the pittsburgh 1st rounder the oilers has turns in to a 15th overall from a 16th, but there's no way they're beating the ducks unfortunately.

    I dont get how the Bruins can get compensation for Chiarelli but i will certainly take it.

    1st game 7 of the year tonight, gonna be great. I don't even care much who wins, don't mind either team. I just hope it's close and I'm thinking it will be, I guess I'd slightly prefer the Islanders winning.

    excited for the flames and ducks series I sense a lot of blown leads and late comebacks as both teams are good at that
