I'm just glad the penguins aren't going to finish the first or second seed like they've been previous years. It kind of sucks to be the first seed because then you have to play the team that was on a hot streak to claim the last seed. The penguins have been too comfortable going into the playoffs and didn't seem to have much of an edge to them.

This year is different. This end of the season has been entertaining. Just kind of sucks with almost no fighting or the penguins having any good fighters. Crosby is a underrated fighter though. He fights smart and never really 'lost' a fight. It sucks though when a lot of times he's the one that has to get aggressive when players should be sticking up for him.

Went to the Wild/Avs game in Denver yesterday, s--- was awesome and there were a ton of Wild fans there too. Loud 'let's go wild' chants later in the game, Wild won 4-0 and are really in control of that last wild care spot now, looking good.

Parise's been on fire the last 2 games and was working his a--- off as always, Dubnyk was great. Most of the team played very well really, had some nice defensive plays as well.

@Kon.....I really hope we play your team again this year. I cannot wait until playoffs. Baseball is my favorite sport overall, barely over hockey, but playoff hockey is by far the best to watch and is so intense. I love it!!!

Yeah playoff hockey is incredible. If you guys get that 1 seed over Dallas then it'll likely be Wild/Blues again.

our teams completely different from a few years ago, we got a ton of playoff performers now, I think aslong as we can stay healthy the cup is ours to lose.

Yeah not his 1st time, I think last time he was suspended was 2013? I guess NHL has a 180 day rule, but since he's a repeat offender 10 wouldn't surprise me at all.

Yup, What everybody was saying on social media. It's passed the 180 rule so he won't get much of a suspension. Which I think is bs. What he did was brutal.

The NHL's rule for being a repeat offender only applies to the possible fines they can hand out. It has no affect on possible suspensions. He should get 10+ games but I can't see the NHL having the balls to do that to the defending Champs this close to the playoffs.

Thought I heard the opposite, that it matters for the length of suspension but not the fine, could be wrong though.

It was a dirty a--- play and he's done it before, it should be at LEAST 5 games, I'm hoping for 10+ though. f--- the Hawks.
