Why so confident, whatd you guys finish with like 10 shots? Lol, Rinne won't let in 3-4 goals on less than a dozen shots again in this series, he's had a great playoffs.

Ok but the Preds could never gain the lead after having that many more shots? I find that embarrassing too. The penguins playing like that after having a 3-0 lead shouldn't surprise you. Idk why but thy literally seem to shutdown once they get a decent lead. They obviously weren't even trying hard to get shots on the net in the 2. It's still pathetic they couldn't get a shot even into the 3rd don't get me wrong.

But the pens are a team that can turn it on at any moment when they feel like it. This is just the type of team they've been all year.

I still just don't get the offsides challenge in the NHL. Like yeah, Briere scored a s--- goal 5 years ago but to be subjected to what it is now is real lame. Ruins the spirit of hockey. The end to end play

This isn't even bringing up the fact that Crosby can literally slash a guys finger off and get away with it but that's for a different day

Just because they still won even with a small amount of shots and still won after blowing a 3-0 lead. The pens execute wen they need to. The predators not winning this game when the pens shut down completely really boosts my confidence. If they were really better than the pens they should have easily won that game. I mean, how could I not be confident after the pens won that game?

I feel some of you are so desperate to see the pens lose that you're reaching at anything lol I mean coil only post when the pens get the power play then talks about a Crosby slash from months ago. Others only post once the Preds score or when the pens get in a rut. Once the pens are in the lead again as usual you don't hear anything from anyone that's non pens fans lol

My first post of the game was basically during the first intermission. I'm not really gonna post during the game too much. The slash comment was more just a reminder of how the league has always treated Crosby and how they treated him in this game. You choose not to see it that's cool you do you.

Yeah I'll admit Crosby slashed that one guys finger, but I doubt he tried or he would have been fined if the film was convincing that he tried doing that to his finger. But let's lot act like most teams don't purposely target Crosby trying to take cheap shots at him. That's the main reason behind his concussion problems were from cheap head shots.

I mean, it's a chicken and egg thing. Crosby plays the kinda game by being a cheap shot ref whiner that would make him a target regardless of his superstar status. I would probably be fine with the pens if they didn't have Crosby cuz they've built a annoying culture around him.

Also wanted to point out that Rinne is 1-5-2 against the pens with a 3.57 goals-against average and .880 save percentage in eight games (regular season) so obviously the pens have his number and for some reason he struggles and gets shook against the pens. So I'm not convinced he'll do as well as he did against the weaker teams in the playoffs.
