Feb 1, 2016 I loved Relapse and also Recovery was great to that time. Everything that came after that, was just not Eminem Level. I neither like Royce or Yela that much, but Love Story was awsome. I think the main problem is, rappers have a hard time to be successfully. These days an album is hyped like 2-3 months, after 6 months most people have forgot about it already. There is no "The Eminem Show", "Chronic 2001" or "Watch the Throne" in the past 5 years?! The only "lately" last classics album i do remember are "Take Care" and "Good kid maad city". Though i belive The Weeknd should get more credit, his last album was outstanding!
Feb 1, 2016 what makes it a classic? yeah, it sold a s--- ton but it didn't even have that much of an impact like his previous two albums and he had so many corny songs on it. Production of the album is borderline garbage and only the only 3 songs that are actually playable are Soldier, Goodbye hollywood and business.
