Nov 10, 2015 It's pretty clear when you breakdown the frequencies and look at their general structures. They used the same prefabricated highs and bass tones. Lots of sneaky treble on the back end. The rhythm sections both subvert the dogmas of the Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization. Most people don't notice these things. You really have to understand the technical dimension of music.
Nov 10, 2015 Hmm i'll look into it.. i haven't studied music theory since i've looked into the circle of fifths.. cool stuff tho nevertheless I'm not convinced that DG is truly some pioneer group tho.. they are taking cues from rock and metal groups left and right and i'm just really thrilled with Ye's endproduct. It's not similar to my ears, that's all i can factually say.
