Mar 5, 2015 Heard Em say Bass Brothers and got excited for a second.... Then he completely went off and started talking about something else.... *sigh* It's also really obvious that he has close to no recollection of anything prior 2007. I mean he doesn't even remember how he met Paul. He may be getting up there in age but the dude isn't that old, drugs really f----- him over.
Mar 5, 2015 I actually enjoyed this..now it's making me want to pull out all the classics and listen to them.. I miss those days as a fan.
Mar 6, 2015 I mean he still knows all his songs so its all good lol. But seriously i cant tell if half the time hes joking when he says he cant remember or if hes being serious. I remember listening to a podcast he did back in 2011 for BME and he remembered alot of things from the 1990's, his early career with specific detail and then there was some things he couldnt recall. I remember Mr.porter saying that he doesnt remember alot of things from that era simply because everything was happening so quick and they were doing so many shows, interviews, music, etc
Mar 6, 2015 New fans will appreciate Complex and Shady Records efforts on introducing the label to the world. They talked as Wikipedia
Mar 6, 2015 I personally enjoyed this documentary and been waiting for it since they announced it 3 months ago. Yeah it's mostly known stuff they talked about, but there were things that I didn't know, and it was good to reminisce on the old days. On top of all seeing Em & Dre was the best part, cause they're so rare to see.
Mar 6, 2015 Not really. Just has had too much botox. It was disapointing he didn't speak about Proof.
Mar 6, 2015 He has had some procedure's done to his face. He used to have freckles & his nose looks different.
Mar 6, 2015 I agree that the Eminem co-sign is what brought them success, but other superstar rappers of that time weren't able to create similar success for their artists. For example, The St. Lunatics never had success like D12, and Memphis Bleek never had success like Obie. Just a thought. Devil's Night and Cheers were both absolutely phenomenal albums and it wasn't just because of Eminem's contributions. Those guys held their own and did their part.
Mar 6, 2015 I agree. The only new information I heard was that 50 wore a bullet proof vest to the airport and told security it was a back brace lol. They should've focused more on the 2006-08 downfall era of the label and what was going on behind the scenes then.
