    Nobody is really ever ready to be a day one starter. That's why so many careers get ruined. I have no problem with him sitting 1-2 years

    You don't trade all those picks to get the 2nd overall pick and choose a player who might be good 2 years from now.

    Oh and Chargers are so dumb for not drafting O Line. They had the worse pass blocking O Line in the league last season. If I was Rivers right now I'd be pissed.
