    of course they wouldn't, but the impact the vindication has can't be overlooked either.

    this is their country now, they feel empowered. they won. and minorities lost.

    so just as trump supporters feel empowered, minorities who were against trump feel disempowered.

    It's dumb af that it's expensive to do that. Like if good people want to come here and work I don't see why we should charge them to do so. They'd be paying taxes like everyone else.

    Its expensive and some of them just couldn't afford it (same with school and much more). When they're over here it's mostly so they can earn money for it but even then the process can be very lengthy. I hoping this can be fixed that way this issue isn't so prevalent, a lot of my folks came here and are busting their a----s off to earn it.

    Everybody has to accept the fact that Donald Trump is the president-elect. That is the reality, but I do not have to support anything he stands for. As a minority in this country I'm not necessarily scared that I will die because of this or that I'm in immediate danger, but its very scary that a dude with his value on minorities has been given this platform because it gives a platform for some of the worst people in society to spread hate and perpetuate oppression.

    And Trump supporters are just over here talking like we're just mad a conservative got elected when its more than that. But then again y'all don't see any racism in anything he says. It's just "not politically correct to y'all" and I honestly don't know how to convince y'all otherwise at this point.

    I've now received two e-mails today offering safe spaces to share my feelings and emotions regarding the election with the support of counselors available. I've also had numerous adults tell me they almost didn't go to work and that they are "hurt".

    How can anyone stand alongside this type of s---?

    Last night was awful, and (I suspect) a lot of people are going to be hurt because of it. My only solace is I've been nervous about HRC's supposed "dominance" for weeks. Among many other things, this election was a repudiation of sooo many know-it-all, "data nerds" who actually live in self-imposed cocoons.

    man i'm so f---ing sick of reading garbage like "SMH wow...can't believe it...wake up america..!" and s--- from last night like "Honestly....I'm scared no matter who wins!!" like f--- off man sheesh deal with it

    if you have a problem with electoral college then it should have been brought up and dealt with before the election but since it wasn't we're gonna have 4 years of "but she won the popular vote!!"
