Aug 19, 2020 Exactly. If they stopped mentioning it, they'd still be winning but in a less petty way. I don't understand why Jericho went so anti WWE. I am not a fan of the wwe product right now bar a few things but I don't see the point in dragging them through the dirt. Side note though, WWE being just as petty. Holding the Payback PPV one week after Summerslam to try and effect AEW buys.
Aug 19, 2020 Lol it's all pathetic. Wwe doesnt acknowledge them or take them as a threat yet everytime aew makes a move they try to counter it. Aew isnt interested in the majority of wwe wrestlers yet scoop up many of them and resort to calling them out weekly. It's only going to blow up in their face when they lose steam
Aug 19, 2020 I am glad Mox came to AEW. I see lots of potential for Lee but Spears is nowhere to be seen. I think Rusev could be a force to be reckoned with. I don't think they should pick up everyone but there are a fair few who'd suit AEW more. I don't see the issue with them being ex wwe employees. Everybody is an ex employee somewhere.
Aug 19, 2020 I go back and forth with it mostly bc of the way tna/impact used those guys in the past. Also bc of how when this all started they made their comments about how they only wanted a handful of wrestlers on their roster. It just kinda makes me scratch my head when your whole selling point was pushing and building new talent yet your roster is jam packed with ex wwe stars in mostly high positions.
Aug 19, 2020 and like we said earlier wwe is a punching bag in aew yet they keep signing former guys who cant stop talking about them on every for of media. It just starts sounding and feeling like a bunch of disgruntled employees or scorned lovers. Like, you're free. Show me why you were right and they were wrong. Cody helped build a f---ing company and yeah, hes taken his little shots here and there but it's not like chris jericho d--- near everytime he opens his mouth or types. I dont watch wwe outside of some nxt stuff for a reason. I dont want to tune in to the alternative and be slammed with wwe s--- lol it's just annoying
Aug 19, 2020 I get that but using established superstars to build new stars is a good strategy. Who ever beats Mox gets a rocket boost. Cassidy needs a clean cut victory over Jericho, not a roll up.

Aug 23, 2020 Yeah it was a really good match and I'm anxious to see where they go with it. My only disappointment was the jericho and cassidy segment. I was realllllyy hoping orange would tell Jericho that that was the stupidest s--- hed ever heard of lol. I'm surprised at how much the dark order has turned their struggling gimmick around. I find myself enjoying them quite a bit with or without brodie lee. I will say this though, private party needs to go. Way too green to be on tv in my opinion and I just dont like them Yeah, my oldest children are 10 and 8 and they love watching it with me, especially my oldest daughter and they love to play around after but I had to show them the other side of wrestling and that theres legitimate danger. When I was a kid I dont know how I didnt k--- myself or someone else. I can remember doing a razors edge piledriver to one of my friends on the ground and to this day, as a grown man I'm thankful I didnt hurt or k--- him.
Aug 23, 2020 Spoiler I was kinda hoping that Brodie would have just dismantled the s--- out of him and left the ring. Just to let him know that your life is in my hand and when I want it I can take it. I dont know if that would have played out well in a second match but can you imagine being a champion after you got absolutely destroyed and the only reason you're still champ is bc they wouldnt pin you?
Aug 23, 2020 Off topic for tonight but I just watched kenny and pacs first match at all out and I couldnt remember why I was let down by it when I first saw it and then I finally got to the end where they f----- up that poisonrana..mannn lol almost perfect match
Aug 23, 2020 Oh yeah man! As a kid it's hard not to see the actual dangers of these moves as the wrestler just pop up the night after 100% okay. I agree with private party and dark order. I do think a few more solid members of Dark Order could elevate them though. They should take the tag belts eventually as I don't think the bucks or FTR need them yet and that's the big tag feud to look forward to. The orange and Jericho match sounds dumb but honestly, if there's two who can make it work, it's them. I don't care about the gimmick just give Cassidy a clean W!
