Nov 5, 2015 well to be fair new vegas enemy wise was pretty sparse too as far as areas on the map where you could go. i heard they brought back level scaling though, is that not true?
Nov 5, 2015 You put points into a perk, which act as a skill except there's levels to it. So basically all they did was add more skills and make it to where you can stack points onto them.
