Jul 5, 2021 Vol. 1 is a great album and has some of prime Hov’s best s--- on it, but it’s also very much a product of 1997 and some of it (The City is Mine, I Know What Girls Like) sounds dated as h--- might actually show up to this one

Jul 5, 2021 Agreed. All three Vol. albums are great—they have their flaws for sure, but they often get erased from the Jay canon by the rap internet and only talk about RD, BP, TBA, AG (and even sort of 4:44) being good.
