Sep 1, 2018 A great , long night of wrestling not without a few hiccups both from the production side and match wise. Rest assured though the main events all delivered and even though some of the ROH-heavy matches were sub-par territory a ton of thought went into the booking and story progression of every match Will go down as a memorable wrestling show

Sep 1, 2018 I don't watch ROH but apprently they're actually in a slump right now quality wise even though they're doing good business. It probably seems even worse cause we're inherently comparing it to njpw where basicaly everyone except the tag team divisions are firing on all cylinders

Great old school match. - Okada/Marty going long is a tragedy - That battle royal was more fun than it had any right to be - Old man Kaz still getting over with cool s--- in 2018 - Burning hammer! SoCal Uncensored vs Briscoes - 4 Over Budget Battle Royal - 3.75 Matt Cross/MJF - 3 Arrow vs Daniels - 3 Cody vs Nick Aldis - 4 Tessa Blanchard/Madison Rayne/Britt Baker/Chelsea Green - 3.5 Hangman/Joey Janela - 4.5 Jay Lethal/Flip Gordon - 3.75 Omega/Pentagon - 4.5 Marty/Okada - 4.25 Bucks & Ibushi vs Mysterio/Fenix/Bandido - 4.25 Some cool stuff from Bandido and Mysterio, but I've seen this tag match a thousand times in ROH, and matches that blow it out of the water in PWG. Still awesome for 10 minutes or whatever it went. Need to process the rest of the show, but I thought it was fantastic.

Sep 2, 2018 I rewatched the Page/Janella match twice now. Joey Janela is a f---ing rockstar with a kickass theme. Way more believeable as a "bad boy" than tama tonga
