How hard would it have been to show some establishing shots of the planet and great CGI of their initial mission and end the trailer with Matt Damon still believing alive on the planet? But no, we have to show the entire movie in the trailer. I swear Ridley Scott is only making this so the studio will let him do Prometheus 2.
Jun 9, 2015 Gotta love marketing teams who feel like they need to show everything. Lol. I will say though, this trailer actually showed less than what I expected. Maybe I'm just cynical, but I always expect trailers to ruin everything. Not a big deal for me this time around since I already know what happens, but yea, I can see where you're coming from.
Jun 9, 2015 It just feels like they showed me every source of tension for the first 1/2-1/3 of the film. Is he still alive? Will he survive on the planet? Will he be able to message them? etc.
Jun 19, 2015 Really need to see Villeneuve's back catalog. Kind of disappointed this is more like Prisoners and less like Enemy tbh.
