Jan 31, 2017 Yeah Orton/Wyatt will definitely be a d--- good promo leading up until WM. Having Cena in the match will be too stale. Ik they'll probably have Bray win to go over but I like Orton a lot and would rather see him win tbh even though that's probably an unpopular opinion. They screwed Bray up for having him lose his last few WM matches so you would think this is the one that makes him go over.
Jan 31, 2017 I would rather see Kane or Ziggler over Miz in the match tbh. Ik he's a d--- good heel and his wrestling approved over the yrs but him headlining WM that one year really put me off him. He's not a headliner I'm fine with him staying with the IC. Miz vs Ambrose on smackdowns main event for a few weeks also got real stale to me didn't even watch the end of smackdown because of it last time
Jan 31, 2017 I know this isn't the raw thread but f--- off, it's the active wrestling thread now and I'm curious, who do you guys think Samoa Joe gets for Mania? Obviously it'll probably be Rollins at fast lane, do they do a rematch of that for Mania or something else?
Jan 31, 2017 Kane is only here now for chokeslam spots, and Ziggler is the guaranteed loser in any feud. And WM27 Miz is much different from 2017 Miz. I agree, he is not TOP top tier, but he is one of the best on Smackdown right now. Smackdown just needs more stars to keep things fresh.
Jan 31, 2017 I was wondering about this. Because obviously this is building to Rollins vs HHH. But it looks like Rollins will "have to go through the Destroyer to get to The Game". Which means if they intend to do Rollins vs HHH at Mania, then Samoa Joe will have to lose at Fastlane. Which would be horrible for someone who just debuted on the main roster. Creative will have to tread carefully. But perhaps we will get a Rollins vs Joe rematch at Mania and just have HHH be in Joe's corner, allowing Joe to have his Mania moment. Idk
Jan 31, 2017 Maybe HHH interferes at fast lane making Joe beat Rollins then officially setting up Rollins/HHH at WM. Joes possible opponent kind of has me stumped. I think they need to have him face a popular wrestler to help push him over some and obviously needs to win. Maybe they'll go with Rollins/Joe at mania d--- idk I'll have to think about this. Maybe have the rock come back a night of raw and Joe attacking him setting up rock/Joe. Even though ik that won't happen but would definitely be exciting
Jan 31, 2017 Somehow I forgot about HHH Rollins at Mania when I made that post lol, so yeah they won't do a rematch. Now that I think about it, Samoa Joe vs. Sami Zayn might make sense for Mania, it'd be a great match too.
Jan 31, 2017 Yeah all the good options I want for Joe are heel- Owens, Rusev, Brock (already facing Goldberg) And my #1 hope is Angle but who knows if they're gonna let him wrestle Maybe Joe/Fin again? Although I'm still holding out hope they don't break up Owens and Jericho and at Mania we get: Fin/KO for the Universal title Zayn/Jericho for the US title Btw @Kon you going to Raw at Staples in a few weeks? I haven't been to a Raw since 2013 but since its gonna be a month out from WM it's possible we'll get Joe, Brock, Fin, Undertaker, and maybe, just maybe, Angle Could be a pretty hot show is all aligns properly
Jan 31, 2017 Naw man I'm actually from the Portland, OR area so I won't be going down there just for a raw, I am going to raw next week in Portland though. Cali's a short flight away though and I do spend money way too easily and like traveling for events and s---, so I'll probably be back down there sometime, probably if they get a PPV, since we never get PPVs here. But yeah I'd go if I were you, raws are always fun live and on the road to Mania it should be even better.
Feb 1, 2017 Is it possible for AJ to have a 10+ minute match not have it be at least four stars? Confident he gets another run between now and Mania after tonight. Was expecting them to use the chamber match as his opportunity.
