    I liked it Tbh especially the finishes



    My big thing in my dream scenario if Austin was on the losing side would be a surprise spear early (at the main beginning) for one reason or another

    That way Austin has a fallback for losing laying on his back for the 3 8-10mins later after another finishing sequence

    It would be a cool dynamic...Goldberg kicking out of prime Austin era stunner without 20 minutes of build or any distractions would be the biggest pop in the history of wrestling

    (Second being Goldberg hitting Austin with a spear as the two first meet in the ring, with Austin barely kicking out to begin the match)

    Im get goosebumps just thinking of this s---

    I like that too, only issue I have with that is that Austin doesn't deserve to be in a squash match like atmosphere

    It would be like the Brock/Goldberg WM match this year....short but full of action and finishes, not a squash. Also it would be a good bit longer to fit in some selling and some strike and move exchanges

    I don't know. I liked DDP, Sting, and Booker T when everyone else was going crazy for Goldberg. As a kid, he was the first Babyface I rebelliously resisted the "forced-appeal" of that WCW wanted to present him with. I never downright hated him. But none of his matches were exciting to me. You could book anyone like that if they have the right look. He was no one special in my eyes, but I understand the drawing power.

    I have like 7 scenarios built in my head for that match but I can't pick one. Austin vs Goldberg would have definitely been one for the ages.

    Guys I just saw and remembered that Brock is advertised for the September PPV as well. We all expect him to lose at summerslam, but with him being there the next month too think it's possible they wait till then? Imo the more likely scenario is he loses at summerslam without being pinned, then invokes his rematch clause or whatever for the next PPV, and loses then too which is when he'll leave till the rumble or something.

    But it'd be kinda cool if they pulled a swerve on us and had Brock retain for another month. Also saw that Heyman is pushing for Samoa Joe to win.

    s--- I forgot about what Heyman said this week (partly cuz I didn't watch it) and Brock leaving if he doesn't win. So yeah my rematch theory probably doesn't make sense.

    Guess he either wins and loses it next month or they take him off the Sept PPV after he loses this week. Sucks for those who bought tickets though.

    As noted, Brock Lesnar has been teasing a UFC fight with Jon Jones, and while the bout is likely to happen, it appears the earliest it will take place is the Spring or Summer of next year.


    According to Billi Bhatti of The Dirty Sheets podcast, in association with Sportskeeda, Brock Lesnar will not be fighting Jon Jones until June or July of 2018 at the earliest, as Lesnar first will be fulfilling all of his WWE commitments, which include the 2018 Royal Rumble PPV and WrestleMania 34.

    The report furthers that WWE has no interest in allowing Brock Lesnar to fight with UFC again while under contract with WWE, due to the headache it caused as a result of Lesnar’s failed USADA drug tests.

    If this is true I think it's more possible than I previously thought that Brock retains at summerslam, especially if he's on next month's PPV too. I'd still bet on him losing, but who knows..

    Would WWE really consider him holding the title all the way till the rumble or Mania if he's gone october through january? I doubt it, but who knows..

    and i was hoping joe was gonna walk out champion.although with cena moving to raw soon i cant see him being on a show with no major title to contend for. and NO NO NO we dont need another miz feud lol
