Nov 11, 2017 No just blaze told him that the subject matter on one the recovery songs didn't match the other verses em didn't get it at first but went back and listened to what he recorded and corrected it also I think Dre might have told em to drop the accent that and relapse was going in a different direction I mean we we're supposed to get alchemist and Dr Dre instead we got blaze and Khalil it's interesting tho Paul Rosenberg confirmed so bad was kept for the from Hawaii relapse 2 sessions there's an article about him talking about it

Nov 11, 2017 Recovery was both lyrically and sonically a piece of s--- compared to MMLP2 so it probably confused him as to how people could prefer it. Which is why he made his first single to this album Recovery-esque. Songs like rhyme or reason and beautiful pain and brainless blow everything on Recovery out of the water so hopefully he continues to progress rather than try to please hip hop forums

Nov 11, 2017 I honestly don't think people dislike it cause they don't like the content. The content is fine, the flow is just so bad it's not pleasant to listen to. Also I don't like Em complaining about not being able to please the fans. You're a f---ing artist with one of the biggest fanbase and one of the best albums ever made. Of course you're not going to please everyone. If he can't handle the critics he should just stop releasing albums and only do features. The thing which annoys me the most is that he acknowledge his shortcomings but instead of trying to work on them he's trying to make us feel sorry for him.
