Feb 12, 2016 Beause the government did everything in their power to stop black people from having successful lives so up until the ~80's all black people were poor as s--- and we're just now allwoing them basic rights and job opportunities and educational opportunities but they're still predominantly stuck in crime-infested areas being picked on by law enforcement and generally struggling harder than pretty much any ethnicity save for the native americans and oh my god this is like basic a--- knowledge you literally shouldn't be allowed to discuss racial issues in america until you've read up on this
