Feb 12, 2016 fair, but its over half black and thats the constituency that was impacted the most. im not suggesting there was an overt plot to hurt them, but it's just basic politics -- republicans view them as expendable, thus they cut corners, and here we are. it's an example of how disenfranchised they are by the people who are supposed to protect them. and i still stand: it wouldn't happen in a mostly white, more affluent area. i c u @Perry The Platypus come tussle with me, id relish it
