Tom Brady "I'm a pretty good winner."

Butler made a great play. Phenomenal. These notions of why they passed or what they were going to do or should have done are getting tiresome. Pats made a great defensive play and won the superbowl. Should be left at that.

    Great read though.

Malcolm Butler was a pretty solid corner for them this year, but they use Arrington way more....

I put up a status on FB about how much I hated Arrington.... I'm glad they made the switch...

I love their cornerback position... Revis, Browner, Ryan, Dennard and Butler...

Dennard is probably their third best corner, but he's been out this year...

Butler really impressed me though.. Even on that Kearse miracle catch, he played that perfect.

I just hope Arrington is gone... He's such a waste of cap space. He can't cover well, and when he does, he never makes a play on the ball, and he can't tackle for s--- either...

So many things wrong with that play. Bad pass by Wilson with bad effort by the receiver. If Malcolm is to be believed he said he was able to read the play easily before the snap by Wilson's communication to the receiver, so he knew who the ball was getting thrown to. It should have been a hand off. No matter how you try to rationalize it, the bottom line is its the superbowl, 30 seconds left in game, you run the ball. You do not throw it, that's common sense. He was not at the 10 or 15 yard line, we are talking about the 1 yard line. Bad call.

There's 25 seconds on the clock you have one time out. If Seattle runs it on 2nd down and don't get in, they are forced to spend their only time out. Now you have probably around 20 seconds left to run two plays with no way to stop the clock. That's a s-----y position to be in because you're kind of forced to throw it on 3rd down because if you try to run in again on 3rd down and don't get in, you have to hurry up to the line for 4th down because you have no more time outs. Caroll didn't want to be put in a position where Russel would have to hurry up on 4th down and run some random play with basically the game on the line. If it came to 4th down, Caroll wanted to be able to stop the clock and draw something up. It was the right call to pass on 2nd down, Wilson made a tiny error in his throw but most of all Butler simply made a great play on the football

It was a terrible pass by Wilson, and he was leading it on, and Butler saw the whole thing play out. Butler defo made my top 15 pats players after that crazy turnaround.

Our problem the whole game was playing soft f---ing coverage. It was so irritating. And I'm glad they benched Arrington. He had like 6000000 blown f---ing plays that were costing us.

We got a lot of work to in the off season, especially on the OL. But I'm glad my patriots pulled through with this W.

It wasn't a terrible throw though..... Lol I feel like you guys have no perspective of actually what a terrible throw looks like in the NFL lol. The throw that Wilson made on that play was not terrible, wasn't perfect but it was far from terrible.
