It made me realize that I wasn't alone in the way I felt and that someone I listened to that helped me get over the most traumatic events in my life, felt the same way. And I learned afterwards about how he was getting therapy and I realized I needed to accept I had problems and needed to reach out for help as well. I feel like this song will impact a lot of people and really highlight the invisible illnesses that are massively untreated in the world today and give people the strength to get help or at the very least reach out and talk to people about it.
