Eminem Phenomenal mixing

    In the first version of Phenomenal, the mixing sounded awful. Then the Vevo version came out, which sounded better. Now with the version played during the Beats 1 interview, did that sound noticeably better again? I didn't hear it and can't find it anywhere. What are the differences?

    When I went to see the Jurassic World movie they played a trailer for Southpaw and Phenomenal played they quality sounded absolutely amazing. I'm hoping the soundtrack version is that one which isn't too far fetched considering each time we hear the song quality wise its better. Maybe the music film will be that version who knows.

    You could separate the instruments on the final version and it sounded a lot clearer and balanced where on the first version everything was over powered and muddy

    liz rodrigues's vocals still sound distorted though

    the version from Zane's broadcast was fantastic. there are more instruments heard in the instrumental and the mixing is a lot better. the bridge still sucks a--- but the mixing is good.

    So what's gonna happen with the iTunes version? Would they replace the s-----y one with the better mixed one?

    ok so i just listened to the vevo version in my beats. definite improvements in the mastering during the hook. you can actually make out what he is saying now. considering that was my only beef with the song, im officially a fan of it.

    Man I called this out when it originally dropped. Vintage 808'sEra Kanye-esque in terms of pre-releasing unfinished songs in this case. cheah

    So you've heard the OST version and it's the better one? If so that's good. I previewed the iTunes OST version and it still sounds like the s-----y one.

    What sucks is that I bought the song the day it came out off itunes and so I basically paid for the s-----y version of a song that has a far better mastered version out there
