Jun 3, 2016 he deleted the tweet where he called 300 "girls" and now hes on the phone with lyor lmaoo
Jun 3, 2016 why would 300 have any control of pick up the phone if its a song starrah wrote and Epic gave it to travis? you're being an idiot.
Jun 3, 2016 Yea Narsh, please stop being so hostile. Travis didn't do anything other than take the #1 spot from Texas Love for SOTY
Jun 3, 2016 I have to agree about the tweets, Travis has no right to be angry at 300 about song that he added very little to except his name (which is valuable I admit)
Jun 3, 2016 im not even being hostile im just listing facts thug made a song with quavo. travis was sent thug's sessions by the producer starrah wrote travis' part travis is trying to run with it but 300 wanted it as a thug single/prolly some other s--- we dont know about either way, yeah...its clearly not travis' song (if the 35 seconds hes on it wasnt enough of an indication) and he didnt even go through the proper channels to make it his
Jun 3, 2016 Why would 300 have control of a song predominantly featuring two artists signed to 300? Do you hear yourself? 300 has almost as s--- a track record of dropping things in a timely manner as Travis, it's just as likely being held up by bureaucratic incompetence as it is your lil theory. Actually it's more likely than your theory tbh. I'm not arguing that Travis had minimal impact I'm just saying you're being so condescending like ahaha you fools I know the truth because only I stayed up until 2 AM hearing every note of this snippet he posted on snap two months ago!!
Jun 3, 2016 lmaoo now even Thug's sisters on twitter saying its supposed to be Thugs song and she doesnt get why someone would leak a song that isnt theres i dont even want it to be thug's song, this s--- is just funny travis is a clown
Jun 3, 2016 i don't think this is what happened, unless someone has spoke on it and i missed it. i think it was closer to what @Trippy Skippy said. the song wasn't made for travis, but i don't think someone sent him the sessions for him to steal the song. i'm guessing either 300 wanted travis on it to have a bigger name than starrah, or travis heard the song and wanted to be on it. the real issue came when there was a debate over whose song it was, and it's clearly thug's. i think travis understands that too bc when he posted it on SC he originally had it named "YOUNG THUG X TRAVIS - PICK UP THE PHONE FT. QUAVO" but changed it to just "PICK UP THE PHONE"
Jun 3, 2016 Yeah when i say "steal" it i just mean its not his song, its thugs. I dont care if Travis gets the official release. Its just funny how this is all playing out
Jun 3, 2016 Why don't you use words the way they're meant then. This is the crack in my crack line being sus argument all over again I know this is thugs song initially and Travis SHOULDN'T have ownership from an artistic POV I was saying he probably didn't literally steal it and 300 probably isn't black balling him for that.
Jun 3, 2016 you came into this thread claiming Travis had more of a hand in this song then we're letting on w/o even hearing it. so...youre still wrong about that lol starrah wrote travis' part. rest of the song belonged to thug ft. quavo. if we agree on that i dont really kno what we're still arguing about like @Slime said, Travis either heard the song and liked it or was asked by 300 to do Starrah's part. And he ended up wanting it for himself or something and didnt go through proper channels and was throwing a hissy fit this entire morning or this is all marketing for hype
Jun 3, 2016 This is a flat out lie look thru my post history the only thing I said that was out of line with what you were saying was that I wouldn't be surprised if he helped Mike Dean make the beat because I've seen multiple vids and it seems like trav himself isn't great at making beats but he's good at guiding others like he helped Metro turn spaghetti into skyfall etc etc the reason we've been arguing for two pages is because you'd rather emoji me than talk thru our problems >
