    The video for sure gives "the revelation" away through imagery but if you listen to just the audio, on first listen the implication is that he's going to k--- himself, not a crowd of people...you arent intelligent enough to criticize actual talent...fyi

    This is why the answer to the first question is no.

    I remember your review of mmlp2 and you gave Bad Guy a 10/10 said you are jealous your favorite rappers never thought of "reached my full potential, I peeked" line. I thought by that logic Darkness has to be 20/10 because its better than Bad Guy without a doubt.

    I really believe someone being black, female, gay or all of the above gets points in your reviews. You talk about charisma being important but eminem is still the most charismatic one.

    guys the review that @WPG did was very merciful and not harsh at all, it was like positive actually... and 5.5 is generous for this messy album, come on.. great read btw

    So the first line, god bless the dead and let biggie possess the pencil lead didnt set the tone for his verse? And then goes on to story telling with double and triple entredres with the wu tang scheme. But what caught your ear was a lord jamar diss lol (says it all really). Not to mention this was arguably his best flow and candence on a song in a decade.

    Also I understand it's easy to get riled up over a score (which is part of the reason why sites have numerical ratings, because it gets people talking) but I think yall are fixating on it too much. Like this 5.5 review reads much more positively than pitchfork's 7.1 of ye.

    The moral of the story is follow writers not publications

    This is actually a pretty positive review for Eminem from @WPG lol.

    The main thing I like about the album is that he actually sounds like he enjoys rapping again, and doesn't sound as robotic as before.

    There's a lot of flaws on the album, some very corny lines/choruses, but I can live with them overall.

    As said before, I think the album is a bit of a mess, but for Eminem, I'm OK with it, as long as I'm getting the actual Eminem, rather than that robotic carbon copy we had for a decade plus.

    I think it's a very strong, solid album. I wouldn't say great, but it's a solid, respectable release from him.

    I just haven't been listening much to it because of Mac Miller's album. What do you think of Mac's album @WPG

    There’s nothing wrong with only liking one or two artists from a genre, but there is something wrong with only liking 1-2 artists from a genre and claiming they’re the best of the genre when you’ve barely dipped your foot in.
