Jun 14, 2015 On the 2 year anniversary of picking up The Last Of Us (2 years ago today it was released), I went back to the store today and bought the remaster version for 23 bucks. Wow, with the Canadian dollar being so low new games are now 79.99 in Canada. The 20% off E3 deal from Bestbuy isn't even worth it really. It's essentially getting the game for roughly 75 bucks after tax. That's 5 dollars less than the 69.99 norm they're at now. Guess my Sleeping Dogs, Far Cry 4 and Last of Us Remaster will be getting play throughs. I'm not preordering nothing, that's just too much. I can afford it but I'm like George Costanza when it comes to video games, wait for my deals before I buy.
Jun 21, 2015 You should check out the ps store. I seen tomb raider for like $12, battlefield for i think $17, Marvel lego game for 8$! Got some nice deals but i already beat them But yeah besides games like uncharted, batman and mgs, im just gonna wait till they drop Anyone wanna play AW??
Jun 21, 2015 Yeah I saw those to. I beat Tomb Raider a few months ago. Sold it to a friend. Had BF4 ended up selling it. I did end up going for the E3 deal for Star Wars, Uncharted 4 and NBA 2K16. Otherwise with Witcher 3, Sleeping Dogs, Last of Us and Far Cry 4 mixed in with MKX and UFC for multiplayer I should be good until those come out. Also should try playing Battlefield Hardline again, kind of stopped abruptly with it.
Jun 21, 2015 i'll probably renting bf hardline from redbox. Only wanna play the single player. might get sleeping dogs again when it drops to the 15-20$ range. already beat it on ps3. Gamefly always has good deals too
Jun 21, 2015 Sadly where I live (Canada) we don't have any rental places. So if you want a game you gotta buy it pretty much. That's generally why I started selling my games. I should have sold Shadows of Mordor back in October for 40 when I wasn't interested in it. A friend talked me out of it but haven't touched it since. Haven't bothered playing Watch Dogs....bought that for 80 after tax now reg price it's 14.99. Can't even sell it for 10 bucks lol. Just taking L's.

Jun 22, 2015 Is there gamestops around you? If you play a lot of games and beat them fast you could "rent" used games from gamestop. I would expect a price for the holidays. Black Friday deals aren't that far away.

Jun 22, 2015 used to be like that. Then I said f--- it and only buy a few games a year on release day. Pick up the others later at a discount. I used to buy every game I wanted day 1 and then they would sit there for months untouched. Started getting into trophies also so that I don't stop with a game until I either platinum it or just rage break it.
Jun 22, 2015 Oh for sure, I only buy games if I can get them discounted. There's select few day 1's I get now. For example I bought Sleeping Dogs, Far Cry 4 and Last of Us Remastered about a week ago for roughly 28 bucks each after tax. I'm about halfway through Sleeping Dogs already.
Jun 22, 2015 Never played Sleeping Dogs, no interest either. Haven't played any of the Far Cry games yet, plan on going back and doing all 3. Only bought TLoU remastered cause Gamestop was having a trade in special for the PS3 copy of it towards the purchase of remastered copy. All said in done ended up paying $5 for remastered of it. Only games I'm buying day 1 this year are Batman tonight and Fallout 4.
