    I read an article suggesting that it always worked, but when the "3-step bug" happened it was because they disabled it intentionally since it was too big a strain on their servers.

    And now with the updated version, with removing the 3 steps they are just making it official

    Anyway I caught a 400cp Scyther downtown today so I don't mind the new system. It shows only Pokemon within 70m rather than 100m do you're more likely to be near everything shown

    Eevees spawn like crazy in my neighborhood. Takes about a day to get enough for an evolution

    There was a Scyther near me earlier today, took a couple steps in the wrong direction and it disappeared :mjcry:

    Went on a stroll tonight tho to hatch a few eggs and hatched a 471 Bulbasaur with 10 candies, a 442 Charmander with 5 candies (didn't have him yet) and a 516 Rhyhorn with 16 candies (didn't have him yet either) :banderas:

    seriously whats the f---ing point of playing this without a tracker? they really want me to f---ing wonder aimlessly around for pokemon instead of tracking them down? this is just stupid

    And what's worse is that Pokevision decided to shut down outta 'respect' to the game. How tf am I suppose to know when to walk up to my spot...

    Quite a big day today. Added Flareon, Arbok and KABUTO!! to my Pokedex. I was between 2 lures today that only spawned Rattata and Ekans, and to make that even more sus the Rattata's and Ekans' came from the same pokestop each time....

    There are many Pokemon map apps on iOS. I've tried 2 already and they work well

    f--- this. Just used an incense. Caught 5 Zubats and 1 Zubat ran away. What a disgrace.

    f---. Another d--- item I have to run around to actually use. This game is exhausting, I saved that incense for the end of the day so that I can lie down and play.

    What if a kid was in hospital and the only way he could get Pokemon was to use incense.... Have you ever considered that Niantic?!?!

    Yeah it should. Basically a Pokemon will show once every 200 metres when Incense is used.
    I mean, you CAN use it staying in one spot but you'll get probably 5 or 6 Pokemon within that 30 minute slot.
