    each pokemon has its own rare ability like my snake pokemon can shed its skin and heal when low health

    to use a skill like dig for example your pokemon has to have high trust with u or itll ignore u

    u get flash after beating 3rd boss go to right then go into cave it will lead u to route 2 and in route to go south and there willl be a guy that says if u have 10 pokemon h--- give u a item that item is flash
