    I had around half a living pokedex on diamond, but i lost that game :emoji_slight_frown: tried making another after that but just cbf'd it not long after starting. All I got left now I think is just some tough c---- pokemans on white/black and some other 2ds pokemon game version. I also need to get pokebank so i can transfer some more mons

    Aw s---. That sucks. I had about 90% on diamond and I sold it in a period where I thought I was over Pokémon :emoji_slight_frown: started over a few months ago playing the new e-store version of Red and now ORAS. I wanna complete it cuz I know you can get 3 more starters from other gens

    Also nice, pokebank is $5 for a year, it's a good deal. And you can transfer from red/blue/yellow a bit after sun/moon come out

    yeah i've been meaning to get it and will soon. was gonna do it the other day and thought "hmmm 1 uber ride, or pokebank a month early for sun and moon..." so im just gonna grab it next pay even tho it's $5 i'm starting to feel like an adult who manages his money properly.

    OH ALSO ALSO ALSO IMPORTANT: you may not get the pokedex legitimately cause of event-only pokemon. if you need help getting them in ORAS just poast in here and i can try help you.

    yeah good point, you don't really gotta get it til it updates in like Dec/Jan when you can transfer everything to sun/moon
    :lhmm: didn't know the event ones might mess up my dex. I think all of them are in my bank now but I'll let you know if i need help :)

    Trying to get the whole dex legitimately this time since I traded with a bunch of global randos in Pokémon X and idk if they hacked in the legendaries so I'm not transferring them over

    yeah the online feature is kinda f-----, cause hackers just clone mons and abuse it.
    (i'm guilty of this though, got a shiny level 100 japanese mewtwo off GTS on diamond once. (cloned 4 boxes of it, and would just put them on gta for pokedex mons i needed (looool@ farfetched any level for lvl 100 shiny mewtwo))

    yeah i dont remember but is it the Hoenn dex u needa complete for the new starter mon? or is it the full national dex? (the national dex is harder because pokemon like Mew/Volcanion/Hoopa/arceus etc are event-only legendary pokemon. so obtaining is literally "go to the pokemon event 2 years ago, hack/cheat/action replay, or u missed it soz lol."

    lmao yeah I'm sure none of my legendaries from trades are real now if it's that easy to cheat them in haha
    Do you mean to get the starters from other regions in ORAS? I read you just beat the elite four twice (you get a starter each time) and then complete a post-E4 story thing to get another starter

    but yeah if there's events I missed like Mew I will just not complete the national dex fully, I'll just try for most of them. I got Volcanion, Hoopa, Diancie, and Keldeo from the past couple months of events so I'm hoping those are the harder ones. I know there's like 50 legendaries by now though

    I think US is pretty aight for events, like they have one once a month and usually do legend events every movie/game/trailer release. Aus gets like 1 mew event and 1 arceus event every 15 years lol. I know Mew and Arceus are the hardest to get legit, like it was only a few years ago the arceus event for diamon/pearl was released or some s---. Australia has had 1 mew event ever prior to OR/AS and had 1 event after OR/AS

    d--- that sucks, is Aus not doing the RBY 20th anniversary events? One legendary each month all year long? US is doing that plus random ones you can pick up at GameStop every few months. I also got the 3 Regis by signing up to Pokémon bank

    I missed the Mew giveaway this year :ash:

    yeah the anniversary monthly events is the 2nd mew event Aus got, lol. we got it pretty s--- here for years, till we got pokemon go before anyone else :rejoice:

    not sure really, i think i'll just get sun though and then after i beat that, see if i want moon. Feel like it might be better to get sun then wait for whatever the next game is.
