Sucks for him & Patriots fans. Definitely thought it would get reduced to like 2 games. NFL is probably trying to make an example out of him and the organization.

I know @Fitz & @redsoxx must be pissed lol. Legally Brady has a point though. They can't prove he did anything. It's going to be interesting to see how this case is going to go with Brady suing the NFL.

Tbh, at this point I think Brady did have common knowledge about what was going on. I mean even though they can't necessarily prove it indefinitely, his actions speak for themself. He destroyed his cell phone which just so happened to contain thousands of text messages that can no longer be accessed? & then his defense for that is "I always destroy my cell phones when I get a new phone." Lol I love Brady but that's suspect af.
