    Just found out, it says August 9 because of NZ and doing this prevents them getting it early and leaking it. It is releasing on August 7

    Were you able to preorder it? I can find the album both on my phone and my laptop but it just doesn't allow me to preorder it

    Yeah I had the same issue. Go in your settings then switch restriction on and switch again to off. Worked for me
