Aug 3, 2015 Some songs the yelling worked well, like "Seduction", " "Cold Wind Blows", and "Space Bound". Like I know I'm going to get Alot of hate for this, but "Almost Famous" gives me a headache.
Aug 3, 2015 I'd say his gangsta phase was from 2003-2008. I kind of wish Em continued this route and delved deeper into it. I think with the type of production thats become popular over the last five years Em couldve had some nice s---. But to s--- on 2015 Em and glorify this is pure nostalgia at its finest. I won't judge y'all for it, but come on.... Recovery is basically obnoxious yelling and wackness
Aug 3, 2015 How does it make you feel, knowing that Khalil could be helming a good portion of Dre's last album?
Aug 3, 2015 It's top 3 post hiatus songs. It literally is in my opinion, the best song on Recovery, hands down.
Aug 3, 2015 Won't be getting too sad about it until it's confirmed 100% But the thought of that irks me like crazy
Aug 3, 2015 I wouldn't be surprised. Dre was supposed to produce half of Recovery, but he didn't want to after the Hawaii sessions, and let DJ Khalil do it. If Dre is that lazy here, expect some LOVELY DJ Khalil.
Aug 3, 2015 Gangster Em was f---ing horrible. He replaced all his wit and story telling for generic gun talk. I would gladly take a 2015 Em album over one from 04-08
Aug 4, 2015 Have a soft spot for the Gangsta/Thug era of the early 2000s. Eminem back then was great.
Aug 4, 2015 Can't blame it all on 50, though. The seeds were already planted and sprouting on Eminem Show after he had the incident with pistol whipping the dude kissing Kim. He just wasn't such an awkward lame back then so it sounded good. Kind of crazy he went from Soldier to One Shot Two Shot in like two years
Aug 4, 2015 lot of great moments in this era, especially in 2003. it only really started to get bad in 2006 i think
