Eminem Is B.o.B. on Shady records?

    Now I know b.o.b is under Atlantic and he's signed to TI's label, but wtf is this deal he has with "Shady Publishing"? What is Shady Publishing? I'm confused what it does and how it's different from shady records. Someone pls explain. This tweet brought it to my attention. (Also bob dropped a new album wtf?)

    I'll give it a listen. Unlike most ppl I enjoyed his last album. Still bump ready all the time.

    they own the copyright to his music and give him royalties but he's not on the shady roster

    He's not signed to the label but he must be a friend of them since he already did few feats with Eminem and Slaughterhouse :idk:
    Shady support the artists they work with. They do the same for Skylar Grey :khaled2:

    It's too bad he didn't actually sign him as an artist. He would have been hands down their best since Obie and would have made their label look much more respectable.

    so nobody's going to explain the whole signed to TI but publishing through shady thing ?
    shady records gets a majority of the profit off all bobs material? why would anyone do that

    cuz Eminem is smart I guess... he noticed him before anyone else did, so he bought the rights to his music but did not sign him as an artist for some reason. That is what I have gathered.

    B.o.B is signed to "Shady Music Publishing", not Shady Records. They are two different companies ran by Eminem so they are actually close to each other. And uses Shady Records social media accounts
