Sep 2, 2015 Sorry to hear that. Yesterday was 2 years since I lost my dog. She was 13 and was given to me for my 13th birthday. Losing her was tough, just like losing a member of the family.

Sep 2, 2015 Yesterday, I buried him in the backyard where he always lounged. Today, I started making a marker for it. I'll have to buy a wood burner for the markings. Nothing fancy but he deserves something.
Sep 2, 2015 d---, very sorry to hear. I took my last dog in from the street with his two front legs fractured. He grew to be the happiest living thing ive ever seen. Grew healthy and had a great life until his last day. I currently have two dogs that both my fiancee and I love like crazy. I dread the inevitable day, but at least I know when it does come there'll be some comfort in knowing they had a great, happy life with people who loved them.
Sep 2, 2015 welp in one post you turned out to be a lot older than i thought you were haha re: the op tho, I've never had a family pet. My dads pretty afraid of dogs (which I was too for a while, but now I just find hilarious). So I cant say Ive experienced this type of loss before, but I feel for you man. I have multiple friends who love their dogs to death, and I can't imagine how they'd take losing them.

Sep 3, 2015 That post probably made me sound older than I actually am. I took in my last dog in when I was 17. He lived happily with me for about 4 years until he eventually developed heartworms (regardless of treatment) so he went earlier than he shouldve. Im 24 btw
