    Yeah, apparently since red/yellow/blue that looker guy is in all the games, he's apparently a space/time-travelling-detective. And something like mega evolution exists because AZ built that machine to revive his dead pokemon, games without mega evolution are an alternate/parallel universe or something because AZ never built the machine? pokemon like giratina/celebii/hoopa can apparently jump around timelines because of their special s---. (hard to remember, will try find a link)
    (also if you read up about the boat, crashed thing in ORAS... There's like bits of info scattered all over the ship which basically says the boat was actually a facility put there by a company to drain and use the "life energy" of pokemon around it. It's also theorized that a machine harvesting Pokemon life energy would be the same as AZ's machine which kills heaps of pokemon to revive his Floette thing... whew, fucken crazy - The Pokemon story/universe is actually pretty grim in ORAS if you look into all the little details - it kinda got me excited for it again.)

    Nah you good (unless you picked like absolute trashmons) you just sorta pick whatever then find what's weak and work from there. I find that's fun. Yeah those 3 evolved are pretty G. especially that Volcarano thing, f---ing hectic. (btw, my m8 and his gf made it their life-mission to get a shiny scizor from breeding. they did it. legit. over like 700 scyther's hatched.)

    I honestly think Gen 2 was the best, but 3 was really good. I think I stopped playing around there, but I started to get back into the series 2 years ago. X got me back into the whole thing because it was so awesome.

    I forgot how the EV/IV s--- works, though. I remember I used to be good at raising Pokemon right on Gold and Ruby, even without the internet. I think if you defeat certain Pokemon, certain stats get effort points or whatever. So, if you killed like 500 Geodudes, you get a boost in defense or something. It's more complicated then it needs to be, but it's good for the adults that give a crap enough to try it.

    That's handy. I read up on that and it's actually not that hard to get used to. You just need to keep count of who you faint.
