Sep 13, 2015 What's the biggest disappointment you've had with an album you've been anticipating/been excited for? Like where you've played it through once and just been like wtf was that? First one that comes to mind for me is probably Encore. That wasn't great as we all know. Other than that I can't think of any others I'd classify as below mediocre for now.
Sep 13, 2015 Probably when Jay Z dropped Kingdom Come. I was so let down by that album especially seeing as his album before that was The Black Album.

Sep 13, 2015 Some label dropped "Redemption of the beast" without DMX permission I think... or they had rights for the songs, idk exactly, but before his incarceration he was working with Swizz Beats on new album
Sep 13, 2015 Yeah, that's what I'm thinking of, I feel like that had previously released tracks on it though for memory. I'd be surprised if we get another album from him tbh, trouble always seems to find him.
Sep 13, 2015 Many unmastered versions of songs from this album were online even for 6-7 years. Who knows, maybe it's last time when he's in prison... I hope so. He should drop at least one more decent album.
Sep 13, 2015 J. Cole's debut album. Cole showed so much promise with his early mixtapes & then Sideline Story came out & it was just okay/decent.
Sep 13, 2015 Don't look down by skylar grey. Was pretty excited for album when the first couple of singles dropped. But then the album kept getting pushed back and then eminem jumped on board as executive producer and it all just went downhill.
Sep 13, 2015 Not of all time, but a recent disappointment has to be NEHRUVIANDOOM. I really wanted some more DOOM verses, and was really wanting Bishop to shine but he didn't. Everything Bishop Nehru has released since has been really underwhelming. Which is kind of sad, since he had some serious hype behind him.
