Aug 25, 2015 I mean, it is kind of hard to get past the laughing at Biden, he's a funny guy, says stupid s--- sometimes, he's obviously QUALIFIED to be President. I do have a hard time IMAGINING him as President, though. But I doubt it is a test he'd have trouble passing given that he's already been the Vice President The whole "Presidential" thing is as much about style as substance, and it is kind of like obscenity- you recognize it when you see it. There is definitely some subjectivity and reasonable room for disagreement. I think there are a lot of people who like Joe Biden, think he's a nice guy to have around, thought he was awesome in the way he dismantled Paul Ryan in the 2012 debate. But I think there are a fair number of people who are going to have trouble making that mental leap beyond the funny guy who says malarkey and big f---ing deal to the leader of the free world
Sep 15, 2015 hopefully Trump doesnt win. Is he seriously that stupid that hed build a border wall between US and Mexico? thats just going to cause tension and start s---. Im not american but i think US is similar to Canada atm. If Trump wins the election, US is in some trouble, and if Canada re elects Stephen Harper, we are so f-----.
Sep 15, 2015 got rid of school funding for anyone who would want to go back and get a GED or diploma, raised taxes, was in contempt of parliament, and brought about not 1, but 2 recessions in under 10 years. Canada is going to go to s--- if he is re-elected. he brought our surplus into debt. He wants to get rid of the Health act and make Canadas health care province based, and split it up. He also shut down parliament twice. Wants to replace CPP.
Sep 15, 2015 Holy s--- f---ing lies lol School funding is mainly a provincial issue Contempt of parliament just means the other parties voted against him He didn't bring on either recession We've balanced the budget a year ahead of schedule Health care is a shared responsibility, and making it provinced based only helps incentivize improvements "Shutting down parliament" is actually nothing. And he's not trying to replace CPP
Sep 15, 2015 well regardless who wins, i dont care much for politics because nothing really changes. people still get screwed someway regardless who is running.
Sep 15, 2015 He went from "Harper will k--- us if he wins" to "well, all leaders kinda s---." Thank God people like him aren't likely to actually vote.
Sep 15, 2015 Or the complete 180 from believing a leader can change things (ie: Canada will go to s---) to saying a leader doesn't change anything anyways lol.
Sep 16, 2015 i could care less about politics honestly. if i do vote i will vote NDP. Cop out or not, in the end id only vote just to say i voted.
Sep 16, 2015 Ok, lets do it. I tried watching the jv debate earlier -- turned it off after santorum started defending kim davis. @ImmortalTechnique @Swizz @Perry The Platypus
Sep 16, 2015 I really am man -- it's a manufactured, forced narrative largely being pushed by the media. at this stage of the campaign there's an emphasis on drama not substance -- entertainment for the 24 hr news cycle. even these polls are very premature -- too many candidates, not enough serious ppl paying attention... once it's whittled down to 2-4 candidates, if trump is still #1, ill start sweating
